Allergy Alerts are a great way to remind a child's caretakers and friends of their allergies. These labels are ideal for food containers and travel gear. All of our labels are produced in a nut-free facility for your safety.

The name on the labels can be whatever you like to a maximum of 20 characters. List up to 6 allergies. Name and allergies are printed exactly as you type them.
